The Favorite Brand of the French and the Favorite Brands of the French are two prestigious distinctions in the retail sector.

In 2024, Amazon was elected for the second time France's Favorite Brand in the Multimedia/Household Appliances category, according to an annual survey conducted by NetMedia Group and EY-Parthenon among more than 9,500 French consumers. In addition, Amazon entered the Top 30 Favorite Brands of the French this year, ranking 27th out of 1,300 brands in all categories combined. This study, conducted every year by the OpinionWay Institute among 4,900 French consumers, highlights Amazon's privileged position in the hearts of French people.

*The annual study is conducted by the strategy consulting firm EY-Parthenon, which independently selects the reference brands in each sector and analyzes their attractiveness in France. The latest study was conducted in January 2023, interviewing a panel of more than 9,500 French consumers aged 18 and over online, collecting around 60,000 opinions.
